Product Description: To use your mason jar vacuum sealer effectively, simply place the lid on top of the jar (not suitable for one-piece lids with rings). Press the sealer down firmly and hold it in place. For an enhanced sealing effect, you can remove the top mason jar sealer and add a ring lid (ring lid not sold separately).

Troubleshooting Sealing Issues: If you encounter any difficulties in sealing, consider the following:

1. Avoid overfilling soft or liquid foods, as the less air in the bottle, the longer the sealer will work and the better the sealing effect will be.
2. Ensure that the mouth of the mason jar is dry and clean. Any water or debris can prevent the mason jar sealer from creating a proper seal.
3. Confirm that the mason jar vacuum sealer is pressed firmly into place, allowing the mouth of the bottle to fully enter the sealer.
4. Verify that the mason jars and lids are compatible. Frequent use may cause the silicone ring inside the mason jar vacuum sealer to become dislocated, leading to seal failure. Manually adjust the ring to its original position before use.

Simply insert the red arrow on the standard mouth seal converter, align it with the unlock symbol on the main unit, and then insert it into the silicone ring in the wide mouth seal area, turning it clockwise until the arrow aligns with the lock symbol.
